Shipping Policy

Overview
All items in our store are made to order. Please allow approximately 7–15 business days to craft your piece before it ships.

Free Shipping, Everywhere
We offer free shipping on every order, worldwide — no minimum order value. Customers remain responsible for any duties or taxes charged by their local government upon import.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 12–15 days from the day your order ships. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee and typically takes 5–7 days. Express shipping does not reduce processing/crafting time — it only shortens the delivery portion once your order ships.

Insurance & Tracking
Every item is fully insured for its purchase price while in transit, until it reaches its destination. A recipient's signature may be required upon delivery depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Limitations
Ammy & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather or other circumstances outside our control. We do not ship to PO boxes.
