We offer free shipping on every order, everywhere we ship — no minimum order value. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipping; personalized items may take slightly longer. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Exact delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your address and shipping method.

Returns

We offer 14-day easy returns. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalized or customized pieces (e.g. engraved initials) may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — check the product page for that item's specific eligibility.

To start a return, email hello@ammyandco.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away at hello@ammyandco.com and we'll make it right.
